The quality of our food is extremely important to us, as are the skills used in preparing our dishes. To this end we only ever buy fresh meat, fish and vegetables.

We use only the most highly regarded suppliers who know the source of their ingredients and are happy to put their name to them. We use local suppliers where possible. Don't be fooled by others' claims of "fresh or Home-made". The only place this can be guaranteed is the Duke of Portland. From our soup, fishcakes, stocks and sauces all 100% fresh and home-made.
